Brunswick Surveying, Inc. Names Jonathan Stuhl Junior Partner

Piscataway, NJ, January 2020 - Brunswick Surveying, Inc. (BSI) has named Jonathan Stuhl Junior Partner. BSI is a full service New Jersey Land Surveying firm headed by Senior Partners, Robert Horvath and Jay Stuhl, Jr. The company has been in business for over 30 years and together its partners have 70+ years of combined experience in the Land Surveying field. All three partners are guided by principals of integrity and a commitment to quality surveying in carrying out the mandate of a professional to protect the interest of the public.

Jonathan grew up working for Rob and Jay, starting in the field and acquiring an understanding of the intricacies of Land Surveying. As opportunity arose, Jonathan left BSI to pursue experiences with different types and scale of surveying and engineering, providing a broad base of knowledge and experience he now brings back home.

After receiving a Bachelor’s degree in Surveying Engineering Technology from the New Jersey Institute of Technology, Jonathan went on to obtain licensure as a Professional Land Surveyor in the states of New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, and also the District of Columbia. He previously has worked with the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey providing experience with governmental agency surveying procedure and compliance.

Jonathan previously worked with GZA GeoEnvironmental designing, maintaining and implementing advanced Geotechnical Instrumentation and Automated Survey Network monitoring systems, including the system used to monitor the Tappan Zee Bridge during the construction of the Governor Mario M. Cuomo Bridge (New NY Bridge). At GZA, Jonathan gained a wealth of experience working with and implementing automated and manual survey and geotechnical monitoring systems/measurements. Jonathan also worked with DPK Consulting, as the Director of Geospatial Solutions where he spearheaded the implementation of Terrestrial Laser Scanning into everyday workflows along with specialty projects.

BSI specializes in surveys for residential title transfer with flexible scheduling, quick turnaround times and efficient completion of surveys. Moreover, BSI also has experienced staff capable of completing large scale industrial/commercial surveys to meet the needs of any project. BSI can provide surveying services for the life cycle of large projects including ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys for initial purchases, to Topographic Surveys which support engineering design, to construction layout supporting the building process, and on through Final As-built Surveys for project close outs.
